I lost track how many days ago I set my mind on to finally give up gambling. At least more than three weeks ago and from gambling at least 27 days out of the months I have had only one slip up. I feel so much better about myself now. Im beginning to feel like a worthy human being again and I’m actually starting to like myself again. There is still plenty room for improvement but it’s a good start I don’t think I would have been able to do it if I had never found Gam talk. Thanks and hugs to all!
