      That’s a start I don’t know what type of gambling
      you do. I used to play slots.
      I found the best way to stop is to make it impossible to gamble. Self exclusion, Gamban which is a bet blocker. Handing over your funding for gambling to someone you can trust. Until you’ve been away long enough you can reason with yourself not to gamble.
      See a councillor, join ga meetings in person or on line.
      It takes a lot to stop. But it takes more when a person gambles. This site does help sharing your journey and reading about how others are making out.

  I think we’ve all had that moment I know for sure I have I thought well even post a Message? Sitting with disgust in my car after losing over and over again stereo head wondering what did I just do again adding onto the thousands of dollars I put into this, it’s likely a great moment. Maybe that tells yourself I need to stop and think about all those where am I going? I’ve been there and I’m still there many days. Hang in there. Everyone here is pulling for you.
