Activity – Readytoquit

Today is day 1 again for me. So many triggers to try to get me to play the daily lottery numbers. That is my game of choice and unfortunately Ive been chasing losses and have lost a lot of money before this point that Im going to have to make up now. Good thing is Im working 6 days a week to try to make up for my losses. I have to accept that that money is gone now and not lose my poise again.

  Sounds like you have your head rapped around stopping. One day at a time. It’s not easy you can do it just need too remember what you want most.
