Today is my 10th day away from online Sports betting. The urge is very high, I keep checking gaming websites but still no pence deposited there. God please help to overcome this addiction

I know its hard, i too was addicted to spirts betting. It seems like your best odds but you will NEVER finish ahead gambling, its multi billion dollar business for a free, to feed off our hard earned money. Here’s a couple tips i did. If i ever got the urge instead of depositing i would invest it or pay off some of my debts and pretend that i made a bet, now i have a couple thousand in a TFSA. You gotta stay strong and fight your urges. The day you stop gambling is the day you’re free.
