For me it has been slots. There are some members here that have been staying away from the sports betting also.
Along with Kens suggestions that are really good.
Recovery is one day at a time that’s very important. I am free of any bets 21 days now. Day by day sometimes it’s been hour by hour. I have too say today has been my best day so far. My urges too play are lessening. It’s turning more into choice then a feeling of need. I have struggled and I believe it’s gonna be a life long choice. But that’s how it started anyways. I Just need too make the right choice.
