Hey all, I’m new here. Just recently revealed to my husband, parents and friends of my gambling addiction. Looking for some support as Indiana offers zero GA virtual meetings and none in
My home either. Closest meeting is an hour away. I am feeling very overwhelmed with the first steps I need to take to try and manage this awful addiction.

  Hi. Doing the same thing as you. I come on here and read and share. It’s been helping. Just be honest w yourself and share how you’re doing along the way. One day at a time

  Keep yourself accountable. Stay strong. Talk about it. Be here and read everyone else’s stories too. It has helped me a lot. I couldn’t go more than 3 days at the most before rummaging up some money to go play. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks of not gambling. It’s been weird to beable to go do things again and not stress as much. I think everyone is here for you, just keep coming back.
