Hello Everyone,
I hit my 30 day mark.
The self exclusion and GA meetings really helped me.
I am learning to deal with stress and how to refocus my thoughts . It was tough but I just had to do it by remaining busy with taking up hobbies and spending more tines with friends and family who are more worthy of my time than gambling.
Take care everyone in this journey of change tough but we’ll worthwhile. We all deserve a better life.
