I am going to my first GA meeting this coming Sunday in the evening online then I am dealing with grief in person early next week.
It seems a bit overwhelming right now, but I need to move forward with this. Already, I felt better about myself this morning and my close friend and family are adding to the emotional support I need. I pray each and every day that each of you, all those out there and myself that one day we will go into full recovery.
So grate full for this support wall. It has given me courage. Stay well my friends.

One more piece of information that I had to muster the courage to do is sign up for voluntary self exclusion from all Casinos and on-line for a period of 3 years. I have done this in the past but did not get counseling which I found speaking with the advisor who was very helpful and non judge mental who encouraged the GA meetings and counselling for grief. There is alot of free help and resources out there. which I was quite surprised by. I am reminding myself one step at time and each day is a new day.
