I’m struggling. I am in a very bad financial situation with zero family support and on the brink of filing bankruptcy yet I still gamble. I feel there is an urge to gamble because my anxiety/stress is high and i somehow create this rational that gambling can fix my problems. I understand this is only fueling my addiction… I want to stop- where can i start I feel like I’m out of control.

Suggest you find counseling in your city and a gamblers anonymous group.
