    HI my name is TJ and I am a compulsive gambler. I have tried and tried to quit but won’t make it more than a few days and I’m back at the casino losing hundreds of dollars that I don’t have to lose. After each loss, I commit myself to never going again… then a few days later I”m back at it. How do I stop?

      Hi TJ
      What worked for me and still works for me after 19 years of not placing a bet One Day At A Time
      is Gamblers Anonymous meetings and I was blessed to go away for 28 days for in-patient treatment
      and after that I attended weekly group counseling. If you are around tomorrow night I host a GA
      type meeting at 10 pm est. Usually 4 or 5 Gamtalk members attend and the meeting lasts just
      under an hour. Hope you can attend.
