Has anyone used the self exclusion form that is offered for casinos? I’m considering it but not sure if it really works.

  Hi TJ,
  I just recently even heard of this… what I have heard, is really positive. I don’t think I would be able to get my ego enough out of the way to do it, but part of me wishes that I would have the courage too…

    It works, but you have to complete a different form for every casino owned by a different company. Good luck.

Hi Ken, I missed the meeting, didn’t see the est on the 10pm. When will the next meeting be and where is it held at? in the chat room?

  You didn’t miss the meeting as it is Monday night ( today ) at 10 pm edt.

      To take part in chat or attend a meeting all you need to do is sign into gamtalk and when the menu bar appears click on chat and you will see two different chatrooms. HI my name is TJ and I am a compulsive gambler. I have tried and tried to quit but won’t make it more than a few days and I’m back at the casino losing hundreds of dollars that I don’t have to lose. After each loss, I commit myself to never going again… then a few days later I”m back at it. How do I stop?

  What worked for me and still works for me after 19 years of not placing a bet One Day At A Time
  is Gamblers Anonymous meetings and I was blessed to go away for 28 days for in-patient treatment
  and after that I attended weekly group counseling. If you are around tomorrow night I host a GA
