I stopped gambling for 2 years when the pandemic hit and after they let up some restrictions I felt this overwhelming need to go back

I agree totally with you @betterme and Samantha, you are not alone in this. NO ONE can take those 2-years from you and? It also should be the example that YOU can stop. You already did it for 2-years. So what do you think set you off or triggered you? Sometimes we need to explore what the underlying root was to you having those overwhelming feelings to gamble? It’s true the longer you abstain, the cravings and triggers subside, so that tells me there is more going on? Cat
