    I banned myself from a casino in CA it was one of the best things I did.I only wish I could ban myself from the lottery,because that is my downfall now.Good Luck with banning yourself.I hope it works for you,but L.V. is a killer for us.My sister lives there and I don’t go there because I know I will end up in a casino.Take Care.

    I feel like I am going nuts.I am so frustrated.I don’t get to work and drive.I feel useless.I runaway and escape to gambling.I don’t drink or smoke either.I do go to some meetings but I need a connection with someone I can talk to when I’m feeling so blue.Thanks for letting me share.
