Was just in chat and read a comment from one of our members that GA isn’t for everyone and they are right.
So I wanted to share some other support groups that you can try if GA isn”t working for you.
EIther AA or NA and your local church and of course counselling.
If you have any other suggestions that have that are working for you please
hope you will share them here.

I find most approaches in therapy have worked for me, but GA helps center me, allows me to go to meetings when needed, and to stay on track with my recovery. Monday night meetings here have been helpful as well. Being in a remote area, I use whatever is available to me at that time. In the end just sharing and listening is what I need to move forward.
