Activity

I visited my childhood home yesterday. Toured the area with my siblings and brother in law. I was so fortunate to have spent my early years there. Most of the houses I lived in are still there. It is remarkable that they have survived, but also a testament to the quality of construction techniques of the 1890s. This trip would not have been possible if I was still gambling. I would have missed the opportunity to have seen proof of my memories, good or bad. Spending time with my family is precious and worth its weight in gold.
