    Today is 3 weeks since I have gambled and I am really proud of myself. I am so glad that for 3 weeks I have not had to feel that horrible feeling when walking out of the casino disgusted in what I had just done again. I think everyday that I only want to go because it’s an addiction and I have impulsive control disorder. I have not had to feel that hopeless feeling that I will never be able to stop. I do pray and that has given me the strength to make the best choices. It took over 20 years to feel like I can stop but I finally believe I can one day at a time.
