Off line it’s been years since I’ve placed a bot.
On line in a few days I will have three months free of a bet. And slips on and off for a couple of years before that. I started eight years ago.
Ultimately I realized it’s up to myself to stay away.
I started by self exclusion. Closing accounts is a good idea because I felt if I left it open that’s a place to go back too. Why if I want to quit.
Why did I start it was fun. I thought I could get extra money. Maybe it still would be fun but there was no extra money for me.
Long story short. It wouldn’t hurt to speak with a councillor. Join a ga meeting. I believe they offer sponsors.
