Day 2- Motivational videos on youtube have been helpful. Reading notes that Ive wrote about the pain Gambling has brought me helps me to remember why I dont want to gamble. Ive came clean with my family and have so much support. Eventhough Im not in the best place financially I feel calm and good making the right choices with my money. I believe in myself. I believe that things will work out as for me as long as I do not gamble.
