Day 2- I wrote down in my phone the pain and emotion Gambling has brought to my life. I have to remind myself everyday of that pain so that I don’t fall back into my old way of thinking. Even with all the pain and negative emotions Gambling has brought me a part of me still wants to give in to it but I know in my heart that I dont want to experience those emotions and pain again so Gambling is not an option.
