Just checking in 36 hours bet free I wasn’t able to do a virtual GA meeting but I was was able to do the chat room on here last night it was a eye opener to see I’m not alone and not the only one fighting these bad decisions and thoughts, I’m going to conquer this day thank you for being here and I hope everyone has a blessed bet free day

  You are definitely not alone. I reached 30 days on the 14th. It hasn’t been easy but it’s starting to get better. When I was at 3 days I was ready to scream,

  The onset of stopping is really difficult. It certainly does get easier. But it does take time. I guess it took a bit of time to get addicted. Just undoing what was done just over 40 days for me. I do have the odd thought now to gamble but it’s no where near how I used to think. All day long I just couldn’t start hitting that button quick enough. I’m so happy I was able to break away.
  Nice to hear of your progress and to know I can communicate with others and we can share support.
