    Day 13. It is taking strength to sit with the thoughts and emotions i’d otherwise stuff away by gambling and distracting myself. Im anxious and exhausted. I will remain strong and i am here if anyone needs someone to talk to. Sending love to you all.

      Not gambling is another way of being. Your words express well the action of facing one’s thoughts. There’s a lot of negative to clear up and away.
      But I find even better knowing within my power I will produce the best outcome possible in a situation and whatever that will be. It will be.
