Today I tried something new, I signed my self up for my first jiu jitsu class. I did this hoping to get hooked and to substitute it for sports gambling. I loved it, I wanna drive myself to make this a weekly if not daily thing for me. I know my problem isn’t just gunna go away with sports gambling but if I can distract myself long enough to detach my self from it then I will. I can only hold my self accountable to actually want to change my ways for the ones I love.
