I understand how you are feeling. I have found myself in a position of taking out a high interest loan.
A few things that have helped me with my online gaming are having my husband turn on parental restrictions on my phone. I cannot download apps without a code and on only my husband knows the code. Another that has helped is being added to my state’s responsible gaming database. This prohibits me from even logging onto the sites. If you are in the US check to see if your state has such a database.
Don’t beat yourself up. You can overcome this. It may seem like you are in a deep hole but take it one day at a time

Deb…. if you’re really struggling to pay off debt perhaps consider a ‘consolidator’ I had to do that… just a suggestion… take care of yourself …. maybe there is ‘someone’ for you to help carry your burden…. Lindy
