Beating a gambling addiction is a process there is support Counciling, GA meeting in real and online..
First is realizing a person has a problem pretty sure anyone here is aware of that. It’s a good idea too examine your options and figure out what route may work for you . Coming here has helped me a lot. It’s good too share with others and know your not alone. Seems there’s no easy quick fix with addiction but it’s beatable it starts with your will not too be there anymore. For me that’s been my strongest tool. I got pretty tired of having my money thieved away. In the guise of entertainment.
It’s a one day at a time thing and that’s important. It’s looking at your life and changing it. Sort of an attitude adjustment. Weather that’s in the form of spending more time with family and friends. Finding a new hobby, for myself even cooking extra nice things. Today I made an apple pie. And I painted for a bit.
Bottom line a person needs too adjust their life Gambling has always had one result and that’s too lose money. Even if a person wins it just goes back. So really what’s the point. Hugs

Yeah I think that comes from any type of recovery from addiction. Everything we wish we didn’t do. If you can fix the past keep worrying about it 🙂 better days ahead!
