I must admit I had a very HUGE TEMPTATION today to go to the casino. But I said to myself.. nope your not going! I laughed it off and didn’t even think twice! My urge went away!! Day 6 gambling free!
I hope you are able too hang in there Lenor. And if you do/did slip get back on staying away that’s the only way too beat thus. Hugs
