The day you stop gambling is the day you’re free. Fight your urges with whatever you need to. Invest time in your family, career, and your future. I find having hobbies helps a lot getting out of the grips of gambling temptation. I have instead invested money i would have deposited into a casino into a TFSA and it has helped me so much. Stay strong friends 💪🏻
