how do i overcome lying to everybody. i have really bad trauma with trying to hide everything. its not like i want to lie cause that hurts people i care about. i do it unintentionally i dont think when i do it.

We have all been there I know what you mean about the lying. At times for me when I had to make up a lie the guilt ate me up sooo much I kept asking myself what are you doing? This not right !! At some point a switch comes on in our head and that’s when we know it’s time to STOP this addiction. It only puts us in more debt that we don’t need. This chat room is a go to for me and we all here for you!! Hang in there you got this. !!

You know you want too be honest. Habits can be hard too break. But completely doable. I’d start with if it’s something you don’t want someone else too know. Don’t share it at all that’s better than lying about it.
Sort out what you want too share and if it’s really personal make sure you are able too trust the person you are sharing with. Our journey in life is full of lessons and what’s healthy is striding you be the person you know you want too be. Work on it slowly nothing great ever comes too fast.
