I am in a cycle where I gamble every dollar I can. I guess I’ll give gamblers anonymous a try. I don’t know what else to do at this point. I don’t want to go any lower than I already have. I know there are others out there like me, but I feel like the only one in the world who could do what I did. I have to make a change. I don’t want to be a statistic. I am tired of making myself feel miserable.

From today onwards you remind yourself how gambling makes you feel and do the opposite! Focus on you your health your family and your FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS!! It’s day 4 for me gambling free after my relapse and I’m feeling better each day! We got this!!
We are in this together Brian. You know what you want you need too go through the motions too get there. It’s never easy I wish it was. One day at a time.
