Thank you for sharing your story with me. It had a pretty big impact. 4 million is a lot. Mind you, I am on track to doubling that If I don’t get my shit together.

I made a new Gamtalk account because I didn’t like that my personal email was visible.

I want you to know that I’ve saved what you said to me and I have read it over and over again all morning.

You really nailed it when you said “ Despair is your enemy right now. I have said it before, negativity will make the beast come get you for more.”

I also liked how you called me out on being addicted to losing just as much as I am to winning… I do believe theirs some truth in that.

I know with my depression I lack a lot of self-love. I hate myself. Gambling and depression as well as drug use have all worked together perfectly in me self-sabotaging my life.

You said something about a betblocker app. Can you give me more information on that ?
