    Hello. I’m new to the group. I’m really struggling. I seem to have a pattern of quitting online gambling but then I start the cycle again.

      Hi… that’s the biggest hurdle to overcome… I can identify with it. It would perhaps help if you ‘self-exclude’ from the sites you play on. That for me was the best, so if I was tempted the account wasn’t open for me anymore.. Difficult but it may be the way to go… take care Lindy

        For me at the moment, my car is in the garage for over a week and my spending on gambling is way down like 20% of what it used to be so this is taking away the routine of buying tickets and the routine of driving around to get more. It’s helping a person from AA told me the one secret is the change your routine. I’m not successful yet, but I can see that the routine is really important.
