Had a nice few days away from everything. No gambling no phone. On a sight at least once a day to keep me motivated. Counseling tomorrow I’m feeling hopeful which I something I haven’t felt in a while. It’s not been easy. I have been trying to do what I can in small intervals. One day at a time!
