Activity

I have been trying to visit sights at least once a day. I have had the urge to gamble today and distracted myself outside doing yard work. I watched the sunset for the first time in years. A friend recently suggested a few books that they thought I might find helpful. One is called the mountain is you by Brianna west. You can also purchase the workbook for it too. It hasn’t been easy but I’m doing the best I can for today. I’ve also been trying to right my wrongs and be honest about my gambling. One second, one minute , one hour and one day at a time. I hope to conquer tomorrow with hope and faith
