Hi everyone, I have just made the decision to stop gambling. It is long overdue. I have lost way too much money and it has had a negative impact on my family. The family piece hurts most of all. I am so ashamed that I put gambling before my loved ones. I am trying to focus on moving forward and not spending too much time beating myself up about the wrongs I have done. I will need help staying away from betting and look forward to any input of advise that I can get here. Thanks for listening
