Had almost a month in and blew it today. Lost a fair bit of money in the frigging slots. It was like I was a zombie, I just couldn’t stop. I am trying to focus on moving forward and accepting it was just a setback but I can’t stop thinking about it. Working hard at not thinking about going back to try and win my money back.

  Ive been there way too many times, also. I get so sucked into trying to win, that I forget how much I’ve put in and lost! Usually, my entire pay is gone. 🙁

Hi everyone, I have just made the decision to stop gambling. It is long overdue. I have lost way too much money and it has had a negative impact on my family. The family piece hurts most of all.
