I just want people that are struggling to ask themselves will compulsive gambling get you in life where you want to be? If the answer to that question is no then do all that is possible to quit gambling, use all the resources that are available, do not admit to defeat if you fail one time then start over and if you fail again start over and keep doing that until it sticks, life is way to short to be living a life of fantasy, money is not going to solve all your problems in life it probably just make it worse. Stick to recovery even if that is all you have right now it will be worth it.

Yes so well said i will read that over and over with the ugly temptation to go gambling this new years eve because one time will not hurt! Praying i stay on the right road!
I know you can do it Joyce always try to stay busy during the times you would normally go time will fly by and before you know it the urge will pass and you can add another day of being gambling free
