Just wanted to share a saying lady in a Gamblers Anonymous used to say.
” Compulsive Gamblers aren’t stupid people trying to be smart or bad people
trying to be good. We are sick people trying to get well. ” And for me getting
well and staying well meant / means finding counseling and attending
GA meetings and when I am struggling with gambling thoughts or life
Issues I always have someone I can reach out to who understands me
and has been where I have been.
