Hi Dan. Sorry to hear that you are feeling this way.. I joined this group to try and help people I have been through this myself. After 5 years of gambling and losing a lot of money. I broke the silence I told my partner what I have been doing. He wasn’t impressed but my god did he help me. So what I did was firstly I rang my bank they stopped my card from being used online. Which was a big help I also went on all the sites a used and told them I had a problem they then shut my account down for 6 years. I can’t say I can help you stop but I’ll sure as hell try. So I got rid of my smartphone and went back to old nokias so I couldn’t go on the slots. I then started to go out everytime I thought about gambling going for a walk or even taking my son to the park . I found taking up a new hobby I’ve started with cooking and baking. It’s help so much 6 months without going on a single game or buying scratch card or anything. It can be done you just need to believe in yourself.
