Can’t stop online gambling while I’m under the influence of drugs. Banned myself from countless casinos iv now probably made accounts at 50 different casinos. Feel likebthe government and casinos are just kicking me when I’m already down. I want to Bab myself from ALL online casinos. And so far doesn’t seem possible hope I can get help and advice

Hi Scottie what country are you in? Sounds like you need help, you need support from others like here and GA. Making decisions when under the influence of anything is always going to be that much tougher because your defenses are down. I think counselling would help you get to the root source of your problems.

Hi Scottie, I can only speak from my own experience but one to one counselling did help a lot, not just with gambling but with my general opinion of myself. All people who self destruct have low self esteem, usually stemming from childhood, doesn’t need to be a dramatic story, I had quite a privilaged upbringing yet I still ended up with low self worth. Counselling and self help life coaching can change your whole perspective, for me it gave me an equality with all and I stopped being so self critical and started to appreciate what I could do. I also stopped giving myself unachievable targets, stopped setting myself up to fail. It took me 65 years to feel comfortable with myself, dealing with my gambling became a whole lot easier once I had changed how I viewed myself. Hope this helps.
