If you like looking up stuff online I would recommend researching the mind of the gambler, that’s what I did and I discovered a lot of things that I could relate to and understanding how my mind worked in relation to gambling helped me to make the change.

I’ve , within days. , self excluded from ALL on line gambling! It’s taken years ! However , not gambling is in a way , better than gambling !
