    Yes I’m hoping the t I can stick to the mind set of not having the urge to gamble anymore AND to remember the damage gambling has done to my financial life and that’s why I’m in the predicament I’m in now.       If you can handle gambling that way then it should work. For me it’s good too know of the alternatives available to help stay away. And at one point for me I really needed that.       As you’ve likely already figured out gambling can have a extremely hard hold on a person. I started gambling in 2016 have broken it off and returned off and on since then.
