Hello there I just want to say to all that are having a hard time, just know that we all understand, we are all with you, it is not easy for any of us, you are not alone in this fight. I have been seeking my higher power and I am not a religious person by any means but it is part of the recovery and it is just reading and hearing positive words we can all use that in are life. Just do what works for you but be active daily do not give it one or two attempts and give up because the outcome is not what you want or it is not helping the only way it is going to work is if you put the work into it and being active in your recovery everyday no matter what trust me it will work for you do not ever give up.
