Activity

I gambled online today all of my money. I was up real well but told myself to try again and see if it can be double. Now, I have to let my husband know and I’m the verge of a nervous breakdown because I’m afraid it’s gonna be the last time and he’ll leave. Even tho he says he won’t. I am so distraught that I feel lime I’m physically shaking from anxiety. My husband is a wonderful man but everyone has their last draw. How do I tell him without playing the victim. I just want to start the day over and try harder and do actual meetings going forward.
