I cannot believe I did it again!!! I am so frustrated with myself. This is the first time I’m actually reaching out and want to break this stupid cycle! Why did I just do that again!?!
You are not alone.I myself juat went back out and lost a ton of $$.I gambled away my entire months check in 1 day on scratch tix.Im sitting in my bedroom right now and feel like im literally paralyzed i dont want to do anything and the thought of tomor makes me sick becuz i no im gonna wake up and say wtf did i do yesterday!! I dont no why this is so uncontrolable for me.
