    There is no shame in doing whatever you can to overcome addiction, and that includes asking someone for help. In fact it’s very brave. I self-excluded from my local casino and have been continuing to self-exclude from online sites as they appear in my inbox with offers. Don’t give up and just keep doing your best. God will take care of the rest.
