Good evening from my side of the world. I’ve returned like many because I’m a gambler. Things have gone bad and Ive lost money all my money after a little winning streak. I need to stop before things get worst and this community is what helped me quit for a while last time so Im back. I gambled today already but I will take it one day at a time from this moment on.

  Its good that you recognized it but I’m sorry you went back. I’ve done that so many times. This last stent last week just really put my families finances in a big mess ( it was already in a mess from and I made it 100xworse .
  The house always will win with us because it’ll never be enough. All it takes it one decent win then like you I put that back plus 10 times🤦🏼‍♀️

    Thanks for sharing your story. Gambling has put me in some bad places as well and brought me shame and regret. I want to overcome this thing once and for all.

  Hi… It’s good that you came hoping for some help and the realization it’s tough to quit on your own. As well as coming here perhaps it would benefit you to have someone you trust to confide in and help … Of course there’s always the Gambler’s anonymous .. In any case ‘some’ face to face support.I If you don’t have a plan… it’s not easy to quit. Could you find something to fill your time you spend Gambling with some other project, or hobby of some kind? I wish you well Take care Lindy

    Thanks Lindy! Im struggling to overcome this on my own and I could use some support. I think Ill do a virtual meeting to start and take it from there. I do have some hobbies but they are all secondary to my gambling and I need to make them my priority instead of gambling.
