    Recovery day 4. After working a 15.5hr shift today I had a breakthrough. There was a moment of clarity about what I was doing, who I am, and the direction I need to go to move forward.     Hi Denise. I found this to be another trigger for me too just now. Whenever spouse is not around or would not know. I’m only on day 3 and understand what you’re going through!

    • ya. My boyfriend works out of town for weeks on end so I can hide everything, but I am starting to realize it’s embedding a significant amount of deceit in our relationship that is starting to really eat me up inside.

    Feel the urge around 1-2pm downtime after the kids eat and are settled. I’m going to do something different and take them for a walk and enjoy more of the time I have with them. 1 step in front of the other. I know I can do this!👍
