Hi Karen. Welcome. I’ve been there many times in the past. Please look at the treatment and support section on the website. Also, check to see if there is gamblers anonymous in your location. The chat room here is available but you have to check back. There’s are often recovering gamblers there chatting. There is a chat on Monday evenings and another member has meetings on the regular chat room several times a week. Most are scheduled in Eastern Standard time so you need to figure out what that is in your time. Hopefully we can chat another time.
