My problem is slots too. Went yesterday, won, lost, charged more on credit card, won all back, and sat there and lost it all again. The same ole ride home, making myself crazy, swearing I have to stop, getting up this morning and wanna go back. !!!
That’s me. I have a far drive going home. I’m swearing to myself. That will never go back and I do and lose even more. I hate this addiction . I have no self control
I’ve stopped. I’ve stated over and over again.
I give myself time away the longer I stay away the better I feel. I have three months now. I still think about going back but not as often and not as strong emotions. I tell myself the longer I stay away the less I will spend. I hope one day to have no desire at all to gamble. I’m not there but I wil…[Read more]
