Community 2 years, 9 months agoI have been really struggling with my gambling. I have been winning money but I am still in the hole. I self excluded myself from some gambling sites and hope that I don’t search for anymore

If you want to block all gambling sites so you aren’t tempted to find others
install Bet Blocker on your computer cellphone and tablets if you have one.
And Bet Blocker is free.

Hi Nancy. Easier said than done but hang in there. Take a deep breath and think to yourself how you get the last time you lost playing online slots. Glad you are reaching out. I would like to share that counseling and Gamblers Anonymous helped me get grounded in my recovery.
Hope you will find a counselor and some GA meetings in your city / town and also in the meantime give this site a shot to see if blocking gambling sites helps.
