Instead of giving in or up….reach out for help…no way can this addiction be mastered alone….I gambled for 24 straight yrs and only by me reaching out did I stop…I go to GA meetings, watch youtube on gambling, meditate, go for walks and make the necessary changes to my life so gambling remains in my past….along with shame, guilt, lying, stealing and using ppl. I’m free of that crazy person gambling turned me into…My life is better now than ever before….My self respect has been earned back and I’m happy, thoughtful and caring. Make a phone call…go to a GA meeting…..take some action….there is a way out to start your life over…
